Corrections, disputes and removals for your listing
Central Florida BBQ Restaurant Guide is an independent directory of BBQ restaurants across the region. We build listings from publicly available business information and score each restaurant using a single, published rubric applied to every Google review we find. Being listed here is free, and no payment can change your score or how you rank. The complete rubric is public: how we score.
Corrections to business details
If your restaurant's name, address, phone number, website, hours, or services are wrong on your listing, we can fix them. Send us the correct information along with proof we can check, such as a link to your website or your Google Business Profile. Once we apply a correction, it stays in place through our future data refreshes.
Disputes about your score
Scores are never changed by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is almost always with the input data: we may have matched your listing to the wrong business, pulled reviews from a different location, or misread what reviewers actually wrote. A dispute prompts us to re-check the sources and rebuild your listing from scratch. A dispute is not a request for a higher score.
Removal requests
Listings are removed when the business is permanently closed, appears twice, or does not belong in this directory's scope. Our monthly re-verification also catches and removes closed businesses automatically. An accurate, in-scope listing built from public information will usually stay up, and if we decline your request we will tell you directly rather than leave it unanswered.
